I received the first volume of Pinky and the Brain as a birthday present, and I am LOVIN' it! It's one of the most random shows ever, but it has such an intelligent sense of humor. . . when it wants to.

I'd like to think I do a pretty good imitation of Pinky, too. "Narf!"

Anyone else remember it?

Sure do. :D I remember when that started out life as one of the sketches on the Animaniacs before getting it's own spin off show. Brain's my personal fave of the two.
And that's one catchy theme song.

I think I like Pinky and Brain equally. As my sister observed, they're such opposites. . . they balance each other out.

Actually, I thought Brain was going to be a jerk when I first started watching the show (probably the whole "world domination") thing, and was pleasantly surprised that he's not. Though he does have the best insults ever. One of the ones that really stuck in my mind was, "Close your mouth, Pinky. You may be emitting things that are harmful to the ozone layer." I'm still looking for a good excuse to use that. . .

Pinky, on the other hand, is just so cute and cuddly and random that I can't help but love 'em.

Animaniacs. . . I used to watch it when I was, like, seven and didn't understand anything except that the Warners were cute and I liked Wakko's hat. (I think I had a thing for backwards red baseball caps - I loved Ralphie from Magic School Bus, too.) Anyway, I recently re-watched a few episodes at a friend's house and liked it a lot. I want to see more!

Speaking of "world domination," has anyone here seen Kim Possible? I've been thinking about starting a thread for it, but I don't want to look like a dork if I'm the only one who likes it.

It's been so long since I've watched it, but he did have some awesome put downs. xD I should memorise them so I have the ready to dish out at the appropriate moment. I wonder if someone's put together a list somewhere.

I haven't seen Kim Possible myself, yet. I'd go ahead and bash out a new topic on it regardless. At the very least it'll provide a point of conversation later on. :)
